In case you’ve never seen a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano being cracked open this is your chance! The king of cheeses is made following an 800 years old recipe. Each wheel is over 80 pounds and must be opened by hand to maintain its characteristic crumbly texture. The right tools and years of experience are the only way out. Don’t miss out on this spectacle!
