Ingredients:
Butter 7 oz
Dark chocolate 7 oz
Eggs 6
Brown sugar 7 oz
Cocoa powder 3 oz
Raspberries

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over a pan of simmering water (bain-marie). Separate the eggs, whisk whites until soft peaks form and set aside. Beat the egg yolks and sugar for about 5 minutes or until pale. Fold through the cocoa powder, then stir in the melted chocolate and butter. Gently fold through the egg whites until combined. Pour mixture into a buttered cake tin and bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool, serve with a dusting of cocoa powder and fresh raspberries.
