Join us for a mesmerizing evening exploring unique balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy! Led by Italian vinegar producer and master in his field, Giuseppe Rimedio from Acetaia Giusti, we’ll start the evening with a welcome over cocktails. Guests will then experience a guided tasting of four prestigious balsamics aged for up to 100 years. The evening will continue with a festive four-course dinner to highlight the unique flavors of each balsamic.

Chef’s four course menu will be revealed the night of the event. Please let us know regarding any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
